Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Since our pieces are carefully handmade to order, they require a processing and crafting time of 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed.

Shipping Rates:

• Santo Domingo: Flat rate of RD$200.

• United States: Flat rate of $8 USD.

Customs and Import Taxes: For orders to the United States, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Once the package is handed over to the shipping company, we will provide you with your tracking information. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control caused by the shipping carrier.
